英语公告的格式及范文？
第一个，标题。写在第二行中间，字略大一点。标题有三种写法：一是只写“公告”二字;二是紧急或重要事情，可以写成“紧急公告”或“重要公告”借以导致大家重视;三是把发文单位、名称、会议的主要内容和文种也写进去。
第二个，称呼。写被公告者的单位名称或者姓名，称呼的写法有两种：一种写在第二行或第三行，顶格写，称呼后面加冒号(：)，另一种是写在文章主体的下面一行第三、四格，写“此致”二字，马上另起一行顶格写被公告者的单位和姓名，“此致”后不要加标点符号。这样的公告，被公告者见公告后需要在自己的名字后边写一个“知”字，重要的会议多用此种公告方式。“此”，这，指“公告”，“致”，给与送达。
第三个，文章主体。从标题下第二行，空两格写公告的主要内容，这是公告的主要部分。召开会议的公告要把开会时间、地址位置、什么人参与、开什么会、会前要做好什么准备工作等内容写了解。假设内容多，可分段或分条来写。
第四个：署名和日期。分两行写于文章主体右下方第三、四行处。假设公告以公文形式下达，则要加盖公章。
